Areas of research
Visual Design offers research opportunities to study visual artifacts, taking into consideration transformations that occur during their production, experimentation processes, and user interaction. Thus, it recognizes both theoretical and practical aspects of projects developed in the dynamic field of design in the context of the post-industrial era.
Design and Culture
Contemporary visuality in the field of design is the focus of this research area. It specifically addresses issues related to languages, concepts, and praxis, embracing cultural approaches as the axis of the process of investigation.
